Small Group Yoga Therapy Sessions


What are Small Group Yoga Therapy Sessions?

A space to learn and practice with a small group of others with a similar condition, concern, and/or goal to receive community understanding and likeminded support, while we explore and discover what embodiment practices and tools work for you to cope, manage, balance, and create healing in your own individual experience. 

What Does a Session Look Like?

Sessions will have 3-5 participants, maintaining the concepts/general format of a 1:1 Yoga Therapy Session, with more focus on collective offerings. Prior to Sessions you'll fill out a health history form and receive an individual virtual check-in/assessment(15min).

In Session we begin with a check-in together and personal assessment, then we try out specific practices and assess how they feel for ourselves, learning how they may be applicable to your life. We will check-out and at home you'll receive a copy of practices from class to use at home.

Together we will move, breath, be still, reflect, learn, and grow in our individual, yet relatable embodiment and healing journeys.

Sessions will often run in a 4 week Series.

Why Small Group Connection?

In these Sessions your healing connection can be within embodying oneself, safe relationship with your Yoga Therapist, and with individuals who are going through a similar experience; there is benefit to practice where we feel more understood, accepted, heard, and supported in community.

When to Choose Community?

This can be a landing place when you're looking for a community space to connect and grow through your specific conditions/intentions with Yoga Therapy. 

You may choose to join a group to begin, or add to your personal Yoga Therapy practice.
