How I Offer Connection:

Through embodied Yoga Therapy, a mind-body therapy with trauma-sensitive, accessible practices and space to support you in learning to connect to your physical and mental healing and wellbeing by reflecting on not just the symptoms, but the root causes, and seeing the body and mind as an integrated whole, with a nervous system that adapts through and holds past experiences; that can heal, and become resilient through new connections; grounding inward, moving through and growing forward from where you are,- your journey is lead by you, may be slow and steady yet centers on sustainable and meaningful connective change for your life.

Why Practice Embodiment?

Cultivating a relationship with yourself as a connected, intricate, whole is the foundation to consciously adapt our sensations and automatic responses to create deep change and resiliency, and to become more present in your connection.

Why Embodied Yoga Therapy?

Space to explore and cultivate Interoception and Mindfulness in movement, stillness, breath and reflection to notice and come back to connection in yourself and with the world; to understand the relationship between how you feel in your body and emotionally; to cultivate the experience of being and grounding in a unified body and mind.

How Does Embodiment Work?

We are sensory beings- our bodies and nervous systems send both conscious and unconscious signals to our brains that affect our experience, our mental, and emotional state. How we feel inside, in our awareness or subconscious, affects our bodily reaction and processes. We are wired to live an embodied experience in each moment, in each breath.

Weekly Mind-Body Therapeutic Classes

Weekly classes with therapeutic intention, based on inclusivity, accessibility, and choice to begin or continue your embodied and sustainable practice with others in connection

Recorded Classes & Videos

Recorded classes and videos to learn and move at your own pace in your own time, allowing you to choose the embodied care or support you need on your own in that moment
